Application fees and deposits
No application fee is required for any of the St.Gallen MBA programmes. However, in order to confirm your place in the programme a CHF 6000 deposit will be required. The enrolment deposit is non-refundable and counts as the first tuition fee payment.
Books and Study materials
The majority of your course materials will be provided in advance of the relevant module and the cost is included in your tuition fee. However, there are a small number of required and recommended books for which you should budget approximately CHF 300.
Partners and Families
You are recommended to allow an additional 20-30% budget for a partner and an additional 50% upwards for a family depending on the number and age of children. Evidence of funds will be required when applying for a dependent's visa for your partner/family.
Payment Schedule
The following dates indicate the default payment schedule for tuition fees. The enrolment deposit will be deducted from the total tuition fee due, and the remaining fee will be divided equally over the following dates:

Withdrawal
In case of a withdrawal from the MBA programme, the University reserves the right to claim immediate payment of the outstanding tuition fee based on the following schedule (exclusive of the non-refundable registration deposit):
Time of withdrawal:
1st week: 90% refund of course fee
2nd through 4th week: 50% refund of course fee
4th through 8th week: 25% refund of course fee
