Career development is a key part of your MBA experience, especially in today's challenging business environment. We recognise that your career path is an individual journey and have embedded a tailored Career Development Programme into the MBA. Our aim is to progressively sharpen your career objectives and develop your capabilities to support you in achieving your next career step.

Before you embark upon your career search, our structured programme will help you to work on your personal and leadership development skills. Individual support will be provided by both the Career Services Department and our network in the business community.

As part of the St.Gallen MBA Career Development Programme and with the support of the growing MBA alumni body, a number of key corporate partners are now actively supporting both the MBA's academic content and career provision, including among others:

In addition to our own Career Services, the University of St.Gallen has a dedicated Career Services Center (CSC). Throughout the year, the CSC organises corporate recruitment events, workshops and special seminars for students. Furthermore, the University hosts the HSG TALENTS Conference every year, one of the biggest recruiting events in the region.
