The participants in this programme will walk through a simulation and experience leadership and people & process management challenges

.
The design of the programme is based on experiential (action) learning. The participants will work in small teams and will be confronted with real people and process challenges in different roles. After each sequence of simulation, a reflection session and relevant best practice approach will be conducted and discussed by the faculty members.

Learning Goals

This programme will give you an opportunity to work and reflect on your own management skills. It will be a challenging, engaging and interactive experience that will enable you to explore and develop your understanding of how your role as a leader can play a key part in forming and leading people in project environments.
