We review the key frameworks on organizational development from a content and process dimension. Again, we apply an integrated view as organizational development is a complex, although coherent, approach to change the beliefs, attitudes, values, structure and processes of organizations for better adaptation to new technologies, markets, and challenges for better performance. A series of cases outline how the frameworks of organizational development help explain the good, the bad and the ugly in companies over time.
