Two individual courses, each course is 2 days - Fri-Sat
These courses deal with how financial markets and instruments work. We will analyse the relation between risk and return, using evidence from equity, bond and currency markets. To improve diversification and hedging, we will also include futures and options. The objective of the course is to grasp the principles of how financial markets and instruments can be used --- without taking unnecessary risks. Lectures are complemented by team work on typical problems facing an investment manager/CFO. |
