Organisational Behaviour

Course Introduction

The course will introduce Organisational Behaviour (OB) models and look at OB at individual, team and organisational level. It consists of 3 building blocks:

  1. Foundational OB Concepts - (Michael Liley)
  2. OB in a New World (4th Industrial Revolution) - (Michael Liley)
  3. Managing Change – Concepts and Case work - (Rafael Altavini)

Particular focus will be placed on links between the various aspects of OB and how they all impact organisational performance (business results).
