Course Introduction

The purpose of this course is to support you in your MBA learning process, by exposing you to the method of “coaching” as a powerful tool for self-reflection, understanding, and personal development. The impact of this course is twofold: it will clarify your personal goals, and at the same time you will be able to more confidently develop your unique career/professional strategy, and successfully move forward.

You will experience coaching in three formats:

  1. Individual, or 1-2-1, coaching with an assigned coach
  2. Group (P-2-P) coaching sessions, moderated by an assigned coach
  3. You coaching others

In short, you will be coached and you will also learn some coaching tools/techniques, that will enable you to be more effective as managers and leaders in your work place. In addition, your process of self-discovery and development will be aided by you going through the “Social Styles” self & 360° feedback assessment, which will help you to understand your preferred work/communication style and how versatile you really are.
