Gwendolyn is responsible for developing and delivering the Career Strategy course for the MBA Programme. She is also Director and Principal Consultant of IntegralCareer, a London based consulting firm she founded in 1993. By combining commercial, psychological and Future of Work disciplines, Gwendolyn has pioneered an analytical consulting approach called The IntegralCareer Process which she has been practising for over 20 years; a wide range of clients have found this approach highly effective in enabling success and fulfilment.
In addition to consulting, Gwendolyn is also an Officer, VP of Careers and Board Member of the Harvard Business School Alumni Club of London and organises events on career, leadership and Future of Work topics. Gwendolyn has worked in the US, UK, Europe and Asia and has an EU and US nationality, and in addition to her native English, she also speaks German.
She has an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MA in ‘Psychotherapy and Counselling’ from Regents University, London, a BA in English from Boston College (USA) and a UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) qualification.
Gwendolyn lives in London with her family. She enjoys socialising, supporting The London Philharmonic Orchestra, and travel as well as health and mind studies, among many other interests!
