The MBA Curriculum

The University of St.Gallen MBA is designed with one goal in mind: preparing you for professional success—right here in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). As the largest economy in Europe and home to some of the world’s highest-quality-of-life cities, DACH is where global talent meets world-class opportunity.
Our “hyper-localised” curriculum is rooted in the leadership, strategy, and problem-solving skills that drive success in this region. During the core phase of the program, you'll work on five transformative modules—Purpose, Leadership, Invest, Customer, and Innovate—each focused on solving real business challenges through structured thinking, teamwork, and data-backed decisions.
In the final six months, you take the lead. Choose from electives, international exchanges, and a hands-on project to personalise your path. You’ll also benefit from career workshops, one-on-one coaching, and deep engagement with businesses across the DACH landscape.
This MBA is an immersive, practice-driven journey guided by leading academics and seasoned professionals. You’ll learn to solve complex problems from all stakeholder perspectives and walk away ready to lead in one of the world's most dynamic business regions.
