Prior to joining St.Gallen, he worked for 10 years in higher education at the AISTS, a foundation founded by the IOC, EPFL, Universities of Lausanne and Geneva, IMD Business School and the EHL, where he supported post-graduate participants in their career transition. He started his career in the FMCG industry, where he worked for 5 years.
He holds a BCom in Information Systems and MAS in Sports Management.
He is a Swiss and South African citizen, living 22 years in Cape Town and 16 years in Lausanne. Dominique speaks English and French. He enjoys sport (swimming, triathlon, running, rugby, cricket), technology, travelling, inter-cultural relations, personal development and people. He is married with two children.
