In the final 3 months of the Full-time MBA -- late May to mid-August -- participants undertake the Project Phase for credit. During this time, one option to complete your requirements for graduation and accelerate back into the job market is to secure a Corporate Internship. These new paid internships are exclusive opportunities we have developed with partner companies. For those MBAs who are selected by each company, internships present an exciting way to put your MBA skills into action. 

One thing our students and alumni tell us is that the MBA program moves fast once it gets started. By securing your Corporate Internship prior to the program start, you already have your last 3 months locked in place and can focus completely on maximizing self-development during the Core and Elective Phases. Some internships are more narrowly defined than others, based on the requirements of the company. The point is to ensure alignment between the company's operational and strategic needs, and the participant's experience and post-MBA career objectives. The aim is to create experiences that are mutually beneficial while also strengthening the HSG brand in the DACH corporate ecosystem and beyond.
